Accuracy


We have combined multiple databases to provide the GPS co-ordinates to over 33 million addresses in the UK, making DALUS the most accurate and comprehensive address location app available. We show a zoomable location map in the address record itself so drivers can quickly see where they’re going. The co-ordinates are passed to the device’s satnav at the tap of a button, or can be entered to any other Satnav, the benefit of providing co-ordinates is that these can be entered into any commercial Satnav solution. Additional notes and a picture can take the guesswork out of spotting the property, especially when delivering in the dark meaning failed deliveries due to not being able to find a property are a thing of the past.

Corporate users can also access our data directly to support their own internal routing systems. More precise location data will lead to more accurate timings and route planning.

Safety


Driver and vehicle safety is very important and at DALUS Technologies we want your drivers to be able to complete their deliveries without injury or damage to themselves, your vehicle or the customer’s property. In addition to the pictures and notes, we have a set of unique icons in colour coded categories that can easily be added to an address record to alert your other drivers to a range of potential scenarios. The icons make it easy to see and understand the message. They range from general information about the property and access, to warnings about hazards to be aware of and "don’t do’s".

By having highly accurate location data and the ability to have additional information to easily identify a property no matter what time of day or how inclement the weather, your drivers will complete more deliveries in a given timeframe. As more information is added to the records and time lost due to difficulties manoeuvring or lack of situational awareness is reduced, efficiency improves further still. As warnings are heeded accidental damage to vehicles and customer property reduces as do the costs and driver stress associated with that. The result is higher efficiency at lower costs.
